UV printing is a printing process that uses ultraviolet light to dry and solidify ink, requiring the combination of ink containing photosensitizers and UV curing lamps. The application of UV printing is one of the most important aspects of the printing industry.

UV ink has already covered fields such as offset printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, and pad printing. The traditional printing industry generally refers to UV as the printing effect process, which involves wrapping a layer of glossy oil (including bright light, matte, embedded crystals, golden onion powder, etc.) on a desired pattern printed on a piece of paper. The main purpose is to increase the brightness and artistic effect of the product, protect the surface of the product, have high hardness, resistance to corrosion and friction, and are not prone to scratches. Some lamination products are now changed to UV, It can meet environmental requirements, but UV products are not easy to bond, and some can only be solved through local UV or polishing

It can also be used for logo printing on aluminum and plastic boxes.
